What is DealOn?
DealOn.com is your personal gateway to the best daily discounts on restaurants, spas, events and other amazing experiences from merchants in your area.
How Does it Work?
It’s simple –
- Each deal begins with a starting price every morning.
- The more people who in join the deal, the lower the price drops.
- The lowest price reached at the end of the day (midnight), is the amount everyone pays – regardless of when you joined in.
For example, if you join in a deal for $20 and by the end of the day the price drops to $10 - everyone (including you) pays $10, no matter the price at the time you joined.
What can I do to make the price lower?
Each additional purchase drives the price lower. By sharing deals with your friends, family and co-workers, you increase the chances of the price dropping and reaching the lower target price.
What happens after I purchase a deal?
After you select "Purchase,” a pop-up window will open confirming your order. Once you close the window, you will be taken to your account page, which will list your Purchase Status as "Pending" until the deal closes at the end of the day. After the deal has closed with its final price at the end of the day, your Purchase Status will be updated to “Complete” and your credit card will be processed for that final price.
You account page will also detail the status of your voucher once the deal closes. If your voucher is available via download, your Voucher Status will be listed as “Print Now” and you’ll receive an email explaining how to download and print it. If your voucher is being sent in the mail , your Voucher Status will be listed as “Pending Shipment.” Once your voucher has been shipped, your Voucher Status will be updated and listed as "Shipped". Your voucher will normally arrive 2-3 weeks after your purchase.
Once you have obtained your voucher, simply present it to the merchant and enjoy the savings. It’s that easy!
What is your return and cancellation policy?
All sales are final. Please check your Account page for the status of your order.
What if I have a question about the voucher I purchased?
The DealOn voucher(s) you receive are provided by the merchant. We ask that you please address all issues related to the products or services with the merchant.

What about gifts?
Unless stated otherwise in the deal details, DealOn vouchers are fully transferrable. In fact, using them as a gift is a great idea. After you receive your voucher, just print it out and pass it on. It's a great way to share with family and friends.
Is it safe to use my credit card with DealOn?
Absolutely - our site uses the latest in secure online transaction technology to ensure your credit card information is safe at all times. The secure padlock symbol in your browser confirms this. We do not store your credit card information on our servers at any time.
How do I get my voucher?
There are two methods to obtain your voucher. If your voucher is available for download, you will need access to a printer to print your voucher. If your voucher is arriving in the mail, you will normally receive it in 2-3 weeks.
When can I first use my voucher?
Typically, you can use your voucher the day after you purchase it, if it is available to download and print. If you are receiving your voucher in the mail, you can use the voucher once it has arrived. All necessary information will be included in the “Deal Details” or “Fine Print” section of each offer.
When do vouchers expire?
The expiration date is clearly indicated on each voucher, as well as in the “Deal Details” or “Fine Print” section of each offer.
Do I need ID to redeem my voucher?
It’s recommended you always bring a valid ID with you, when redeeming your voucher - even if you received the voucher as a gift. The merchant may choose to record your name and ID number to prevent fraud.
How are DealOn Credits Awarded?
A member is awarded 10 DealOn Credits for each person who clicks on their unique referral link and makes their first purchase within 72 hours. The number of purchases made by this individual will not impact the quantity awarded. DealOn Credits will be credited to your account the day after a purchase is made using your referral link.
How can I use my DealOn Credits?
Your DealOn Credits balance is always displayed when you make a purchase. Simply choose how many DealOn Credits you would like to use towards any purchase and only the remaining balance will be charged to your credit card.
Why does my credit card or bank account show an authorization for a different amount than the final price?
When you purchase a deal, an authorization is sent to your credit card account for the original price of the deal. However, you will ONLY be charged the final price reached at the end of the day.
In some cases, you may also see an authorization charge for $0.01 on your account. This amount is used to confirm the card is valid and is removed when the purchase is completed.
Why do I keep receiving emails about deals in a different city?
When you register an account or sign-up for the DealOn newsletter, you have the opportunity to choose your origin city, which determines the deals you are offered. If you would like to change your origin city, you can do so on your Account page via a drop down menu located under your name
How does the DealOn Gift Card work?
The DealOn Gift Card is the perfect way to send your friends or family a gift that can more than double its value (i.e. a $50 gift card can be used for a deal valued at $100)! It’s as easy as 1..2..3.
- Just sign into your account and customize a gift card with your name, the recipient’s name and even a personalized message.
- Customize the gift card with the amount you’d like to send.
- Select your payment information and purchase.
After the gift card is purchased, you can choose to print it out for the recipient or have it e-mailed to them.
What happens after I purchase a gift card?
Once you select "Purchase", your credit card will be processed and the gift card will be emailed or available to print depending on the delivery method you’ve chosen. A copy of this gift card will also be sent to your email for your records.
You can view, edit, re-send or re-print your purchase at any time on your Account page until the gift card has been redeemed.
How do I redeem my DealOn Gift Card?
To redeem your gift card Sign In or Create an Account. Once you’re signed in, go to My Account page located at the top of the page. On your Account Page you can enter your Gift Card Code and your Balance History will automatically update with your gift card credit. You can apply your credited balance at any time for purchases made on DealOn.com.
